Service information

If your question is not listed, send an estimate request and include it in the property details.
What areas do you serve?
We maintain focused routes in Bear and Middletown, Delaware. Current neighborhoods include Caravel Hunt, Red Lion Chase, Rutledge II, Old Forge Road, Antrim, Willow Grove, Hyett’s Crossing, Liborio Drive, Marian Drive, Vincent Circle, High Hook Farms and Grande View Farms. Nearby properties are considered based on route availability.
What is included with recurring mowing service?
A standard visit includes mowing the turf, trimming around trees and other obstacles, edging along hard surfaces and blowing grass clippings from driveways, sidewalks and other paved areas.
Do you offer weekly and biweekly mowing?
Yes. Weekly and biweekly service may be available depending on the lawn, seasonal growth and route capacity. Lawns that grow quickly or receive fertilization often produce better results with weekly mowing.
How much does lawn mowing cost?
Biweekly residential mowing starts at $35. Final pricing depends on lawn size, access, trimming requirements, obstacles and the time needed to complete the property.
How do I request an estimate?
Complete the estimate form with your address, neighborhood and requested service. We will confirm whether the property fits a current route and follow up about pricing and scheduling.
What happens when rain affects the schedule?
Rain and saturated ground can require schedule adjustments to protect the lawn and equipment. When weather causes a delay, service is moved to the next practical opening and customers are updated when timing changes.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as the crew has clear access to the service area, you do not need to be home. Gates should be unlocked and pets should be secured before the scheduled visit.
What services do you offer besides mowing?
Additional services include our six-treatment lawn health program, core aeration, overseeding, seasonal property cleanups, pressure washing, shrub and small-tree pruning, mulch and decorative stone installation, and snow and ice service when available.
Can several homes in the same neighborhood use 3D Lawn Care Services?
Yes. Concentrated neighborhood routes are a major part of our service model. Nearby customers help support reliable scheduling and allow one familiar local crew to serve more homes in the community.
Do you provide HOA and community maintenance?
Yes. HOA proposals are prepared from a written scope and may include weekly turf maintenance, trimming, edging, paved-surface cleanup, entrance areas, retention-pond grounds, seasonal cleanup, and snow and ice service.
